I came across these photos that I shot a while back for a cookbook cover for Viva Vegan. When I was first starting my photo career, I used to always wonder how many variations of the same shot photographers did for a project like this. I’ve found that it always changes based on the project, but for this we shot 4 looks and about 2-3 food variations for each look. Here are some outtakes that didn’t make the cover but that I think could have been great options, as well.
